"Why do such revelations go on tarnishing the images of our great leaders or any great leaders all over the globe, to come to the point?
A single person can never be held responsible for anything. The environmental conditions, actions of other connected groups and countries all determine the result of anything.
Any person has his own limitations in making decisions and as such could not be responsible for the results."
