A Comment relating to Meditation Posture and practice

My Comment on a slide show, showcasing five easy ways to meditate- "5 ways to meditate with ease" published in the economictimes.com Dated 12/08/2016 at 5:45 pm.


"Very useful and good advice for meditation.

One need not sit early in the morning or in a cross-legged position compulsorily. 

You can fix your own time and your own pose or posture for practising meditation. 

But don't skip your other duties. 

You may do it sitting in a chair or on your bed also, whichever suits you most comfortable."
