	''Very critical condition of innocent people being targeted by terrorist and factional mentality people. People should act cleverly at such circumstances. They should keep themselves smart and keep vigil on those crooked elements in society and try to thwart their intentions by immediate report of matters to concerned authorities.  It is very difficult to control such cruel and criminal minds without the cooperation of public.''

"Very brutal attacks are being carried out by terrorists and separatists and anti-social elements in all corners. 

Man is becoming more animal like and cruel for possessing selfish benefits. This mentality is not good for the welfare of society. 

Any complaints and issues should be settled by mutual discussions among themselves. Carrying out attacks and creating horror and destruction is not the way to settle things."
