If not passed now in this prevailing heat, may be they do not get passed ever any more. So the cabinet and President should consider the safety and protection of public interest by passing these bills immediately.''

	''A good decision on humanitarian grounds. I hope that our President also waives off death penalties on the eve of Republic Day and Independence Day each year on mercy grounds. But overdue delays in taking decisions on mercy pleas as is cited by our supreme court is very regrettable.''
