A Comment on 'Census towns' in India lacking infrastructure

MY Comment on an article "Lack of infrastructure: Will big census towns benefit from the "Rurban" mission? published in the economictimes.com Dated 12/10/2014 at 3:50 pm.


"It is a good work to bring things like this to public notice and thereby attract the sleeping or careless administration into realising that irresponsible attitudes.

The District collectors and Panchayat heads should be accountable for all these things. 

They should be dealt with strictly to report all matters to the Government bodies and correct the working system to rectify things and work towards efficient and developmental progress of these towns."

A Comment on Telangana's official birth

	''When will it officially born? When a decision is taken to declare it born by cutting the ribbon and announcing the birth officially.  Anyhow, it is already declared to be born and so nothing to worry. Main thing to worry is how to administer it, from where to start and how to resolve the many mutual issues regarding sharing of staff, funds, power, water and other resources and budgets. We should concentrate on these important matters.''

	''Right notice by Anna Hazare. Gramsabha practices and lokpal should be implemented all over the country. Administration should be decentralised and people should have their say at each step of planning and administration.''
