A Comment on Sticking to Bifurcate Andhra Pradesh

My Comment on the issue of the status of sharing of common utilities on bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Very stubbornness on part of congress high command. They should have taken the opinion of all people before committing anything. 

They should have first addressed all the hindrances in the way of bifurcation like water sharing, power distribution and other administrative lacunae before deciding to bifurcate. These issues can lead to major unrest among people after bifurcation.

''A good planning. But financing is to be done by central government. 

Land acquisition is also a great problem. Alluring compensations need to be given to the losers of land to persuade them along with rehabilitation of their families. 

A modern capital like Chandigarh is to be built to equal with Hyderabad in all fields.''
