A Comment on Ram and Hanuman's view point at Management Appraisal System
My Comment on an article in The Economic Times titled "How Ram and Hanuman offer a new way to look at appraisal system" Dated 17/05/2013 at 10:30 pm.
You have started very well and wanted to show something. Tried to explain present employee employer relationships and appraisal system with the help of mythological characters Rama and Hanuman. But left unexplained.
Hanuman did whatever he did as he was sure that Rama will not let him down. But present day employee is not sure of his employer supporting him.
