A further comment regarding working conditions in IT companies

My reply to another comment on "working extra time by employees" on the topic of "Wipro installing wifi in buses" published in Economic Times Dated 08/03/2014 at 9:28 pm.


"They never force you to work for more than 8 hours. But you may think so and sit for more time expecting rewards from them. 

If you attend timely and leave timely, they can't force you at all. 

Many companies allow many facilities nowadays which were not there decades back. You must be honest in your thinking attitude. Then you will realise it."

	''His worries for the country and people may be good. But enforcing rigid targets and compelling people to work for more hours can not work beneficially. They should be given some freedom and work in their own way to achieve best results. We can set work targets and provide incentives for achieving certain target and leave the employees to work as per their convenience but attain those results.''
