A Comment on Power companies refusing CAG audit

My Comment on an article "TPDDL, BSES Rajdhani and Yamuna move larger HC bench against CAG audit" published in the Economic Times dated 07/02/2014 at 4:54 pm.


"What is the problem with these discoms? Why not get audited by CAG? 

CAG should be having every right to audit any accounts as they are the safeguards of public property and public utility services. 

Water, electricity, gas and all fields should be got audited and some norms set for deciding rates."

A Comment on power companies' dues to NTPC

My comment on an article "Supreme Court orders NTPC not to cut power supply to BSES till next hearing on 26 March" published in the Economic Times Dated 07/02/2014 at 4:45 pm.


"A temporary relief to Delhi public and at the same time to power distributors also. 

But the distributors should pay the dues to NTPC at any time. 

They can pay in some easy instalments also to ease their fund position."
