When the voters like her decision, it means that her decision is correct and a good one. Then what is the harm in releasing the convicts? She is generous to them and their families. They have already undergone 23 years in jails with severe punishment and hardships. That can be enough punishment for them to realize their mistakes and reform themselves.'' | |

| ''I hope for better and like to be of positive outlook and value human values. I think that after serving for 20 years in jails, anyone should become tamed and all his criminal mentality changed to become a good citizen. Moreover, he undergoes much strain and tension all these years and realizes his faults and worries for his acts and its effect on his life and family life. That is really a great kind of punishment for any person which is more severe than immediate death. And there should be some moral lessons also in jails for reforming convicts which make them good citizens.'' | |
