	''our parliamentarians are day-by -day becoming more and more irresponsible and irrational. They are taking huge pockets of remuneration for literally doing nothing. In this manner, they are hindering the progress of our country. They should learn to be tolerant and responsible representatives of their constituencies. They should learn to discuss things and not to find means of hindering the transactions of the House. They should be disciplined and more civilized. Then only can they do justice for the constituency from which they are coming and thereby add to the progress of our country.''
