A Comment on inauguration of Airport-like Bus Terminal in Gujarat

My reply to a  comment on an article titled "Narendra Modi inaugurates 'airport-like bus terminal' published in the Economic Times Dated 15/02/2014 at 10: 20 pm.

"Yes, you are right. Many people lack common sense and civic responsibility. They make a dirty bin of places. 

Spitting is a very bad habit among them. They make everything red and rubbish spitting pan wherever they move, even in their own homes and around their beds also. 

Very dirty culture. I was fed up of such people during my service in some places of U.P.

"The fact that they are still working on it by calling meetings is itself a proof of the fact that the lokpal bill passed by parliament was not powerful and sufficient to bring out efficiency in enforcement. 

It is not sufficient enough to protect public from corrupt administration at all levels. 

So Kejriwal thought of introducing more powerful Jan Lokpal Bill. But he was defeated ruthlessly."

My Comment on an article "Delhi: L-G to send report to centre, BJP not to form Govt." published in the Economic Times Dated 15/02/2014 at 3:34 pm.


"These people have been forced to resign because of non-cooperation by other parties. 

Jan Lokpal could have done much good for public by removing corruption at all levels of administration. But big people are not in favour of it and so Kejriwal had to resign so that he can now fight with fresh moves unimpeded by obligations."

	''Very bad for its employees who are being shown doors. Restructuring the activities could have been done without cutting jobs. They should identify excess cost eating processes and rectify them. Further, they could have cut some amenities and extra facilities and other unimportant expenses instead of cutting jobs.''

"When they are viewing movies like Kamasutra, and many other like films with semi-nude scenes that too along with family and children, they do not have objection as they are very entertaining. 

Then why try to ban books and literature which are less harmful to society. 

It is mere politics. Not that they are more caring and worried for their society and morals."

But since there are conflicting views among Indian thinkers, it is better to avoid collision of thoughts than increasing tension among groups.''

	''Very criminal minded people. Such persons should be punished severely. But one thing I want to point out is the selection of titles by media persons for publishing such news. Why do they want to highlight "Indian born" or "Indian origin" in their titles? Why try to defame India? You should not categorize and generalise like this. That particular person committing the crime is the bad element. But not India. So while reporting such incidents a country's name should not be posted in the headlines. You may mention inside the story that he belongs to a particular place. But never on the headline. It is defamation of a country or region.''
