A Comment on probable changes to Benami Definition

My Comment on an article "Benami definition to go stricter, may include only wife, unmarried daughter" published in the economictimes.com Dated 25/04/2015 at 2:45 pm.

"This will be a good amendment to the laws, if takes place, for preventing black money misuse to evade taxes.

I think, even the spouse or unmarried daughters should be unemployed to get this benefit.
The main purpose should be to facilitate utter needy and helpless people who can get some shelter or earn their living with this clause.

It would be better, if it is totally removed and only legal transactions are allowed. Benami transactions will be a loss to our economy as no fees are involved in such transactions."

A Comment on changes in I-Tax Assessment Range Office allotments

My Comment on an article "Check your new I-Tax assessment range before filing returns" published in the economictimes.com Dated 22/04/2015 at 10:10 pm.

"This news is most important for all taxpayers while filing their returns.

If you are filing the returns physically, you should find out your correct range officer so that your returns can be tracked easily for any refunds or litigations. Otherwise, it may get lost from proper tracing and you may have to face difficulties.

It is good that this article has been posted timely to alert the public.

You should now log on to the official website after the first week of May to confirm your I.Tax range office and file your returns there only."

A Comment on successful management of Early Retirement Plans

My Comment on an article "How to prepare for an early retirement" published in the economictimes.com Dated 22/04/2015 at 1:40 pm.

"Very useful advice is given here by the author for people with early retirement plans.

It is true that nowadays, there is much competition from younger people who are willing to work at lower salaries to get their entrance into a company and then grow themselves successfully. Employers also show indifference to older experienced people in such circumstances.

So, to avoid humiliation, one has to consider to opt for early retirement and make way for younger people as early as possible.

But, smart planning is needed for the life after retirement. So, consider elaborate arrangements for your after retirement life with fruitful investments from now itself as pointed out by the author."

A Comment on Indian Economy to be on recovery path

My Comment on an article " Indian economy clearly on recovery path: Arun Jaitley" published in the economictimes.com Dated 20/04/2015 at 3:20 pm.

"It seems to be good figures on paper work.

But are we really enjoying any of these good results? It is nowhere near our sight, except that oil and fuel prices have gone down to some extent. Everything else is the same position.

Vegetables, pulses, food grains are all soaring and cost of living is unbearable to the middle class and poor man always. When does these things change?"

A Comment on job recruitments after bifurcation in Hyderabad

My Comment on an article "Presidential order puts KCR in a fix" published in the timesofindia.com Dated 20/04/2015 at 12:45 pm.

"Very complicated issue. Something is to be done so that both Telanganites and Andhraites living since decades get equal benefits.

The barriers should be removed and recruitments done on qualifications including minimum domicile certificates.

In this way all 11 districts of Telangana can get jobs and people living for more than 10 years or so can be included instead of denying them their rights."

A Comment on Rahul Gandhi returning to work

Your comment on the article ''Rahul Gandhi interacts with farmers'' is now displayed on timesofindia.com Dated 18/04/2015 at 4:50 pm.

''Very good. Now, Rahul Gandhi should enter into action shedding his indifference and seclusive perspectives at things.

He should become more interactive and smart and bold enough to make decisions and take things into his hands.

He should be more authoritative now and try to be more responsible a leader than ever before.''

Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

A Comment on protesters finding fault at Army and Police

My Comment on an article titled "Tral march: 14 hurt as protesters throw stones, clash with cops in Srinagar" published in the timesofindia.com Dated 17/04/2015 at 5 pm.

"It is very pitiful to see that Army and Police are not allowed to perform their duties by these protesters in all corners of the country. Same is the case in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh also.

If police are not allowed to carry out their duties in protecting our country from militants and miscreants, how can there be security in the country?

How to prevent crimes and terror attacks? They should be given full freedom and power to protect us."

A further comment on Net Neutrality and Internet Service Providers

My comment on another article "Net Neutrality: TRAI paper says mobile apps can impact national security" published in the economictimes.com Dated 15/04/2015 at 3:20 pm.

"Internet service providers should ensure safe browsing to the users of their services. They need to protect them from third party hackers hacking the apps and transferring or displaying their prohibited content on the users' screens.

This can be done through protected mediums like routers, modems that are supplied and monitored by the service providers while installing services."

A Comment on Net Neutrality and On-line Protection

My comment on an article "1.5 lakhs and counting: India lodges one of its biggest online protests over net neutrality" published in the economictimes.com Dated 15/04/2015 at 3 pm.

"I hope net neutrality is about offering services at same par value to all users, irrespective of the service providing company. All service providers should charge the same rates per GB data used and they should not control whatever usage you may consume as you will be paying them the bill amount calculated according to data usage.

But one problem should be controlled about unwarranted hackers intruding and presenting their ads and videos on your pages while you are browsing on net. This problem should be addressed by the telecom providers which should be their primary responsibility."

A Comment on massacre of sleeping students in Kenya University campus

Your comment on the article ''Sonia condemns terror attack on Kenya university campus'' is now displayed on timesofindia.com Dated 03/04/2015 at 4:30 pm.

''Very cruel and inhuman act. How could they kill innocent people like this and that too students when they were sleeping.

This shows how savageous minded and wicked can be some of these people. For their selfish reasons they can't see anything good or think of human values.

I am very sorry for their families who must be undergoing so much torture at the loss of their dear ones. May God rest the bereaved souls in peace and give strength to their families to adjust themselves to the dreadful realities.''

A Comment on anti-tobacco drive activist Sunita Tomar's death.

Your comment on the article ''Sunita Tomar, face of anti-tobacco drive, loses fight with cancer'' is now displayed on timesofindia.com Dated 03/04/2015 at 3:45 pm.

''It is a shocking news. The crusader for anti-tobacco drive has lost her life even before doing something.

Sunita Tomar herself is a reality before us that "Tobacco Kills You". What else proof these political leaders want to accept that tobacco is dangerous to humanity.

Our Government should immediately ban tobacco production and the sale of tobacco products all over the country with immediate effect. There is no use in publishing warning messages on products and think your work is over. As long as you sell these products, people will be consuming them for one reason or another. So entirely ban it all around.''

A Comment on the statements of some politicians "no proof smoking causes cancer"

My Comment on an article "Another BJP MP defends tobacco, says "no proof smoking causes cancer" published in the timesofindia.com Dated 03/04/2015 at 3:15 pm.

"Very embarassing and silly statements by these leaders. It is a clearly tested and proved fact that tobacco is very dangerous to our health causing many complications like lung cancer, throat cancer and many deformities in body.

One should consult the medical experts or browse on web to know the facts instead of framing fake assumptions and opinions.

Even you can read my articles on this fact at the below mentioned links in which I have presented facts and given links to the Surgeon General's reports and other genuine medical studies and statistics about bad effects of smoking."
