A Comment on FM lamenting at higher interest rates provided by Banks on savings schemes

My Comment on an article "Finance Minister Arun Jaitley questions high-interest rates on savings" published in the economictimes.com Dated 10/07/2016 at 12:50 pm.

"There is no doubt that progress of our economy as a whole is more important.

But lending should consider it a top priority to provide assistance to small businesses and middle class/ poorer sections of the economy at reasonable rates.

Other institutions and industries earning huge profits can be charged at higher interest rates. You can procure funds through these means and through the proper collection of Taxes that are being evaded by many people."

A Comment on setting up more banks/branches

My Comment on an article "Setting up banks in the Finance Minister's home turf a sticky business?" published in the Economic Times Dated 26/07/2014 at 3:15 pm.

"Opening branches of banks should be basically based on the requirements of the place and to suit the convenience of customers.

If there are already sufficient branches of two or more banks catering to the needs, there is no point in opening another branch by a different bank.

Instead, you can open ATMs at lesser distances to make them feel comfortable."

A Comment on Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's tackling of CAD & Inflation

My comment on an article "Eye on deficit, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley may not loosen purse strings" published in the Economic Times Dated 02/06/2014 at 10:45 am.

"There is a great work before him.

Good planning and implementation should take place concurrently. Plans without strict implementation is equal to nothing.

Continuous watch should be there over administration from top to bottom level. A good track of every action should be there under his control. Then only he can succeed in his goals."
