My comment on an article "Eye on deficit, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley may not loosen purse strings" published in the Economic Times Dated 02/06/2014 at 10:45 am.

Good planning and implementation should take place concurrently. Plans without strict implementation is equal to nothing.
Continuous watch should be there over administration from top to bottom level. A good track of every action should be there under his control. Then only he can succeed in his goals."
