	''A good decision and procedure adopted by DM Agra to facilitate women in villages attending their nature calls at deserted places. Other states and all villages of India should follow this initiative and act accordingly to provide better sanitation facilities to people.  In addition to provision of toilets, the drainage system also should be improved by providing underground drainages all over the villages and towns. At most places, they are having mostly open drainages which smell badly and overflow during rainy seasons spreading diseases.''
