My Comment on an article "Poll campaigning helps boost business of Air Travel firms by 40%" published in the Economic Times Dated 17/03/2014 at 10:28 am.


"Political leaders and air travel companies may be at their profit. 

But what is the benefit to public? Public may be at the losing end. 

Leaders come by VIP flights. Create hindrance in normal functioning of their activities. Fill noise in their ears and go away. They do not care for the inconvenience caused to public".

A Comment on Travelling becoming Unaffordable

My Comment on an article titled "Lucknow, not London: Rupee, inflation keep Indian travellers home"  published in the Economic Times dated 25/12/2013 at 1:10 pm.


Really the travel costs are spiralling while incomes are more are less same. So there is no option but to keep home. 

May be good and advantageous for our home travelling businesses. They can reap on the benefits that would have been otherwise diverted to foreign destinations. 

Indian Tourism should offer some incentives to attract tourists with common man friendly simple packages. It can boost our tourism industry as well as accommodate low affording classes.
