If you are sincere in solving any problem and take the lead, you will certainly receive some support and help from any one of those corners. 

But, you need to take the first step instead of simply wailing and complaining at people and circumstances.

"It is a good news if it is reliable. 

Surplus regions can supply power to the other places that are in shortage of power so that every town and village gets power. But, you should access the correct position of every village and town and not rely only on the data collected from cities. Because sample surveys may lead to a wrong assessment of the position."

"Well and good if they can achieve this. 

Regular power supply with no power cuts is a dream of good olden days when there was abundance of resources and loyalty and honesty among the people. There used to be a great consciousness about the importance of power and fuel and their conservation. 

But now, nobody cares for all this nonsense. They keep on lights, fans and ACs all throughout the days with no stop. Nobody likes conserving water or energy when it is available to them during non-power cut hours to save a proportion of it instead of unnecessary wastage. 

Public awareness should be there about these things."
