"How can these uncivilized and immoral people be taught lessons to respect women and girls like their mothers and sisters? 

They are morally and mentally deteriorating day-by-day. 

How does the women members of their family tolerate such people instead of teaching them lessons?"

Do you mean that they are right in harassing, raping and killing and hanging them? What is the meaning of such unwarranted statements? Rape is a rape. Harassment is a harassment. Murdering is a murder. Hanging is hanging. All are crimes. Nobody should be spared even if they are parents, family members, relatives or whatever they may be. Everybody involved should be punished severely.''

It is true that nothing much has changed in the mentality of criminals even after such huge massive protests launched by public with anguish over brutal rape of Delhi gang rape victim. The criminal mentality is so deep rooted that it is not at all afraid of public and laws. That is why I stressed the importance of women being armed with self protection techniques with out relying much on getting protection or help from laws in my article titled "International Womens Day and Security of Women" on my blog @thehindulifestyle.com
