"It is a good proposal and needs 100% support from government. 

Introduction of Mutual Fund Linked Retirement Plan (MFLRP) will definitely attract much inflow of funds at government's disposal to aid its developmental programmes. 

It will boost the morality of retiring persons and workout towards security and rehabilitation of senior citizens. 

Foregoing a little bit of income by governments by way of taxes can add to much public funds available at their disposal."

"Great manifesto with good promises. 

All points are equally important and helpful in common man's interest. They should try to make these things really achievable with good planning and supervision. 

Let us hope AAP succeeds in achieving these goals as far as possible in a shorter span itself to win the confidence of people."

"Very amazing & hilarious comeback. He is the "Superman Returns". 

Delhiites have showered their unconditional support for him even after his failure in his first attempt as CM. This shows how much confident they are that this man can do something great for them. 

So, now Arvind Kejriwal and his men should keep this trust and confidence of people by performing well in the coming days and months. Let us wish him all the best."

"Very good news. 

Solar energy is the alternate source for our conventional energy. It can bring much relief to people and can also contribute to industrial development. 

But, whether the investments made are reasonable or not? Do they bring sufficient benefits to return the invested amount and also contribute extra income to the investors in long run? These points are not being disclosed in such projects which need concentration."

A Comment on a survey revealing increase in per capita income by 10%

My Comment on an article "Per capita income this year seen up 10%" published in the economictimes.com Dated 09/02/2015 at 10:40 pm. 


"May be good news as a whole. 

But what are the real figures from a common man point of view? 

The figures stated in this article are average of highest income groups and lowest income groups. 

So, the lowest income people may not be still in a good position. They may be getting very low income unable to keep them relieved from hunger and shelter. So, until the lowest income of a low class man is not sufficient enough, you can't generalise that we are good economically."

A Comment on effect of AAP's possible win in Delhi polls on BJP

"Still we do not know whether AAP turns out to be a majority party or simply a large party. 

And even if AAP government gets formed in Delhi, it should be taken in a positive way as it can make BJP perform with even more determination and dedication as it will be facing some opposition trying to outshow and down BJP's morale always. 

So, BJP should concentrate on performing well at center and other states to win people's confidence and as such it is a good point for BJP."

A Comment on use of GPS navigation app on roads while driving

"This is very silly and illogical to say that one cannot use the GPS navigation app while on his journey. 

The very purpose of inventing this app is negated here. 

I hope the courts and traffic police will clear this confusion as soon as possible to facilitate people on journeys. 

One can stop his vehicle by the left side and use his voice message options on heavy traffic roads, if needed. But total negation of this right is absurd."

"It is a good way of funding for long term projects of funding. 

On the one hand, you are offering incentives to the depositors to invest more money in Fixed deposits and Public Provident Funds by offering higher rates of interest. And simultaneously creating funds for government as the depositors will hesitate to break their deposits in fear of losing lucrative interest amounts. 

So it will be a better proposal for both the depositor as well as the government."

A Comment on International Finance Center kickstarting in Gujarat

"Very good move. Start with Gujarat in GIFT City.

Gujarat has already made place in the global map as a technologically developed state. Gandhinagar is an ideal place for the Financial Center with vast area and other facilities already available. 

Once it gets kickstarter, you can think of extending the idea to other places also."
