Very good tips. Its true many people are using creams and lotions for body grooming but they don't think of the bad effects of this practice. Actually most of these chemicals are more destructive than giving you benefit.

It is true that nothing much has changed in the mentality of criminals even after such huge massive protests launched by public with anguish over brutal rape of Delhi gang rape victim. The criminal mentality is so deep rooted that it is not at all afraid of public and laws. That is why I stressed the importance of women being armed with self protection techniques with out relying much on getting protection or help from laws in my article titled "International Womens Day and Security of Women" on my blog @thehindulifestyle.com
