	''Already there is shortage of power all over the country. In hot summers it becomes too scarce because of use of millions of ACs and Exhaust fans and also due to drying up of power generating sources. People should try to understand the problems of government and discoms in power supply. They can supply only the available power. So power cuts are normal tools to regulate and streamline the supply uniformly. Creating violent scenes and beating employees can not bring more power to us.''

Good planning and implementation should take place concurrently. Plans without strict implementation is equal to nothing. 

Continuous watch should be there over administration from top to bottom level. A good track of every action should be there under his control. Then only he can succeed in his goals."
