| ''Bihar needs attention. But the main reason for backwardness of Bihar is their illiteracy and not being mentally prepared to modernization. People of Bihar should step out from their age old practices and adopt innovative knowledge in all spheres like other states. Nitish Kumar is doing something commendable. But all administration of Bihar should deal with the problem and solve it themselves by economically utilizing the funds sanctioned by center. Good administration can solve their present situation.'' | |
