| ''It is a good project kick started by our PM Narendra Modi. But spending so huge an amount of thousands of crores and that long depth of duration are too much in my opinion. Besides the cleaning programme, we must create an awareness programme also among our public to learn good habits of keeping clean their homes, neighbourhoods and workplaces so that they do not contribute adding to the already huge hills of litter lying all over the lanes and places. It should not take so much time or fund investment to achieve the results. Government should impose penalties also on those who litter inspite of this.'' | |
