| ''Very miserable condition of the affected people. God knows how they are facing these calamities. We had been happy that "Phailin" did not cause any damage. But now this situation. The disaster came in another form. Very sorry for the people affected. Government and other organisations should help the poor victims. They should be rehabilitated and duly compensated to restart their living. May God give them strength and means to outcome this miserable condition.'' | |
