My Comment on an article "Affordable housing scheme for EPFO subscribers in offing" published in the economictimes.com Dated 04/01/2015 at 10:25 pm.
"It is a good scheme if implemented efficiently and under good supervision by the government bodies.
Affordable houses should be practically suitable for living of a family of at least 4 or 5 members with good sanitation and water and power supplies. Interest rates should be less than that EPFO pays on deposits to its members so that it will not be a burden."
