My Comment on an article "Here's why oil plunge a golden opportunity for Asian economies" published in the economictimes.com Dated 07/01/2015 at 10:25 pm.
"It is good to see oil prices falling nearly 30% within 6 months.
Naturally, the transportation cost and travelling cost should come down. But it is not happening.
Even though some air companies have introduced economical fares, the overall effect is the same.
Railways and Road transportation costs should come down, if our government takes full opportunity of the reduced oil prices by full control of the oil supplying companies. Adequate measures should be taken by the oil ministry and finance ministry to this effect.
