A Comment on Gurgaon becoming extremely not suitable for living

My comment on an article "Gurgaon on its death bed: Haphazard development causes severe water crisis" published in the Economic Times dated 02/02/2014 at 5:35 pm.

"A very critical condition of cities.

Urbanisation requires well planned administration by providing for sufficient water and sanitation facilities.

Constructions should be allowed only after providing suitable means for enough water and amenities to the residents. There should be a well planned development with adequate water, sanitation, landscapes, trees and water spots.

Now, the remedy lies in stopping all construction works and converting the spare land into gardens, greeneries and water spots by bringing water from rivers after turning the stale waters into usable water. Using sea water also as an alternative should be contemplated upon by bring sea water through canals to the cities and turning it into usable water."
