A surveyor should go to all corners of the city and should consider all factors into account like standard of living, cleanliness, natural beauty, building designs and colony design, hotels, sanitation, industrial and commercial structures designs and lay outs, traffic jams, transportation development, pollution and many more factors in evaluating a city. So sample surveys don't work out for ranking a city as most developed or beautiful city.'' | |
