My Comment on an article titled "Soon Banks will be graded- good, bad or ugly by a new regulator" published in the Economic Times dated 25/12/2013 at 2:05 pm.
A very good step being taken by RBI.
Now customers can differentiate between Banks and their services in a better way by referring to the grades issued to the banks.
Banks will from now on try to be efficient and offer better treatment to customers to retain them or to attract fresh customers.
